All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-made frames may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on design and size requirements.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

• 3–7 business days to metro cities
  
• 5–10 business days to other locations across India

(Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS so you can monitor your package in real time.

All frames are packed with multi-layer protective materials, including bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, to ensure your order reaches you safely.

At Frame It Emporium, every product is crafted with care. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

1. Please email us at info@frameitemporium.com within 24 hours of delivery.
   
2. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue.
   
3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

If you receive the wrong frame size or model, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Since our frames are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  
• Personal photo printing issues (if the uploaded image is low-resolution)

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@frameitemporium.com. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
